About Me

Hello! I’m Dr. Sarah Ruther
Dr. Sarah Ruther has been practicing chiropractic since 2007 after graduating from Northwestern Health Sciences University with her D.C. and Bachelors in human biology. She started working for a doctor in Braham, MN, buying his practice 9 months later. She renamed it Nature’s Way Chiropractic. She opened a second location in Isanti, MN in 2014 and sold the Braham office to the doctor who worked for her for nearly 6 years.
The majority of her post grad education has been in applied kinesiology, nutrition, exercise, and the ketogenic diet. She is passionate about teaching her patients and community on how to love healthy and heal their body the natural way.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her three children, family, and friends. She grew up in the Isanti community on a hobby farm in rural Stanchfield for 19 years where she enjoys gardening, biking, hunting, fishing, playing with her children, riding horse, snowmobiling, skiing, and anything else outside.

Dr. Sarah has the boring desire to climb to the top of the Incline at Manitou, Colorado and change the world by helping one person at a time to live life to the fullest through chiropractic care, diet, exercise, nutrition, and a healthy lifestyle.

Hi! I’m Dr. Emily Peterson
Dr. Emily Peterson grew up in New Richland, MN and was first introduced to chiropractic when she suffered a sports injury. It was during that experience that she knew she wanted to be a chiropractor. She attended the College of Saint Scholastica in Duluth, MN where she received a bachelor’s degree before attending Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN where she graduated with a Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017.
She enjoys treating patients of all ages, with a special interest in athletes. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing diet and lifestyle changes, or just focusing on being the healthiest you, Dr. Emily is committed to helping you achieve your health goals.
In her free time, Dr. Emily enjoys spending time with her family, spoiling her dog, baking, reading, and working on writing the next great novel.
